Netflorist disgusting service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. My order was delivered to the wrong address, despite the fact that I had provided an explicit delivery address.

To make matters worse, my recipient had to drive all the way to the incorrect location to collect the gift, as your team was being difficult about rerouting the delivery to the correct address. This is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the level of service promised. Disgusted by this service
