Netflorist disgusting service

I had such a terrible experience with them for Mother's day, but decided to try again. Well, biggest mistake of my life. I ordered and payed well in advance. When I checked my account the day before delivery, I saw it said unpaid. I then proceeded to send them an email. No response. Sent a second email, no response. Sent a third email, no response. I then called and was told they don't receive proof of payment from Capitec. I have aways paid my netflorist orders from Capitec. This order was for my mom that is in hospital. When I then asked that it please be delivered urgently, I was told it would only be delivered 2 days later. I have given Netflorist enough chances. I am done with extremely bad service and the nonchalant attitude .
