NetFlorist disgusting service

Disgusting service!!! My daughter in Dubai tried to surprise ma with gifts for my birthday. She ordered 3 things and each one came separately and was charged delivery for each product. One came in the morning. 2nd late afternoon, melted cupcakes with icing all over the box, 3rd came 10 minutes later as same courier didnt realise it was fir me as well. These were flowers that at least looks fresh but the Happy Birthday sign inside was broken and half the wording broken off. What was supposed to be a pleasant experience for both of us, was spoilt by NetFlorist. You have gone so backward in the last few years.
