Netflorist disgusting product & inconsiderate

What I ordered vs what was delivered was disgusting, I mailed a complaint with no response, I phoned and was put on hold for most of the 30 minute call. I paid R1800.00 plus delivery for someone worth maybe 100.00 they are a total rip-off, now I must wait for a refund that will probably take weeks, they collection procedure is a total joke.
