Netflorist Disgust ***

I write this in extreme disgust as to how this business is run and represented. This would make the 3rd occasion where there simply has been no motivation to resolve my issue. I ordered same delivery for an item which was not delivered. I was told they tried to call, which they didn't. With no correspondence and no communication. The lack of empathy is next level. Ill ever use the company again.
