Netflorist disgrace and rip-off

So my husband thought it nice to send me a boutique of over R600 from Netflorist for my birthday. It is ridiculously small and not even fresh! Some flowers have brown marks on them. What a disgrace!!!! I will never support them again! NetFlorist Cape Town. O, and to get a refund they deduct delivery and service fee. What service???
