Netflorist disappoints yet again, this time on a special occasion

Ordered flowers at 11:06 on the 29/08/2023, for a special occasion. Tracked the order and it states that the order left at 16:06. The order was still not delivered at 20:54. They was no communication to advise that the order could not be done today. The terms and conditions state same day delivery and latest delivery at 19:00. It’s really sad that I couldn’t make the special person in my life smile on a special day. Service is terrible and clearly Netflorist doesn’t keep to promises or value their customers and customer service.
