NETFLORIST DISAPPOINTS AGAIN!!!

Each time I have ordered from Netflorist over the years, There was always an issue with delivery. I mean I wid have thawt that over the years, you guys would have have overcome all your delivery issues. I mean on top of your ridiculous prices, we have to now deal with this. Do you guys not value your customers. ..Do you not realise that people use your incompetence ruins special occasions? ?? People use your service to make a special occasion more special or because they cannot be with one who is celebrating their special day. I made 1 order with 3 different items and i paid more than 1500! Its my husbands 40th so its an extremely spcial milestone birthday! I recieved 2 of the items this morning at 7.30am. When I asked about my 3rd item the driver said that it would be delivered later on. Its 6.44pm and after 2 calls (wasting my airtime holding on and both consultants said i will recieve it today) still no delivery! If I do not recieve this tomorrow MORNING!!! I want this order cancelled! !! Your driver needs to call me first thing and confirm delivery as I am not going to be home the entire day. I stayed at home today especially for these deliveries! I am absolutely shocked at your service! !! And listening to that annoying mans voice when we call your number...and he goes on and on about making the occasion extra special using netflorist! What a load of crock! !!
