Netflorist Disappoints!

The one star rating given is TOO MUCH. I am highly disgusted at the fact that the birthday gift ordered from Netflorsist on the 4th of June 2019 at 11:16 for delivery on the 5th of June 2019 was not delivered. As we speak i am on the line on hold for the past 41 minutes holding for a supervisor to attend to my call. Their website claims that if orders are placed by 12 pm they will deliver same day... well clearly this is misrepresentation on their part. They do not even have the common decency to hear a complaint... it has now been 44:06 minutes that I've been on hold. Worst service provider and i will surely NEVER make use of them again. I await my refund ASAP!
