Netflorist - Disappointing Service Received and No Attempt to Rectify It

We ordered flowers and chocolates for my mum in law in JHB, for mothers day, spending almost R900. The flowers arrived and were very pretty, but alas the chocolates did not arrive. I would not have known, had my mum in law not sent me a photo of the delivery! When I emailed the company, I got no response. Then I called, but got no answer, I called again the next day and someone answered and said they would send the missing chocolates the following day, but alas, still nothing arrived. And STILL no one has bothered to reply to my email. Shocking service that does not inspire much hope or faith in the Netflorist group. Absolutely no attempt has been made to rectify this disappointing service - or rather - absolute lack of service! I used to use this company fairly often for deliveries of goodies to loved ones, but lately I would say their service has deteriorated and I would no longer recommend them as a service provider of choice :( Karen
