Netflorist disappointing service delivery

Such disappointing service from Netflorist. I've made an order on the 8 Sept for delivery on the 11 September and was expecting the recipient to receive her birthday flower arrangement in the morning. However it only got delivered at 14.36. Service delivery should be a priority for a company of this stature.
