NetFlorist - disappointing quality of goods

Disappointed is not the word. I had some gifts sent to my family in Cape Town for Christmas. When my family received the gifts it didn't remotely look like the ones advertised on the NetFlorist website. Wish I could add pictures on here so you can see the poor quality of goods. NetFlorist couldn't care less as they didn't even reply to my email that I sent about how disappointed I am. Never again. They actually don't deserve the one star I gave them.
