NetFlorist - disappointed in the so-called "personalised" gift

"Personalised" gift - incorrect message (after the correct wording was given in writing). No time to have it changed for the big day, therefore gift is meaningless. Their "quality control", and I use the term loosely, needs to be checked. While the delivery time was good, and the service centre helpful, the quality control division did not do their job. My advice - if you are purchasing a personalised gift and you are located in another province, do so WEEKS in advance to avoid disappointment.
