NETFLORIST DISAPPOINTED AND USELESS

Placed an order 4 days before ..paid for next business day delivery and it was a birthday gift (cupcakes) and did not delivery the day I've PAID for .. what a WAIST of money.. So so so so so disappointed and disgusted in netflorist... what is the use of paying for the day you want the gift to arrive (specific on the day of someone special's birthday) and it did not arrive .. this does not only look bad on netflorist but on myself as well. Now it looks like I forgot the very special person's birthday.... ugh this is extremely upsetting. Netflorist you are very very disappointing and of today's experience USELESS in next day delivery or paid for day of delivery
