Netflorist didn’t deliver

I made an order on Wednesday the 27th of September at 12h30 and my order was supposed to be delivered on Friday the 29th. It is the 30th today and it has been out for delivery since the 29th at 16h12. No communication whatsoever, call centre not answering, what kind of horrible service is this ???
