Netflorist did not fulfill my order for Valentine's Day and omitted chocolates that I paid for

Netflorist did not fulfill my order for Valentine's Day and omitted chocolates that I paid for. No they are bullying me to accept a refund to my Netflorist profile (which I will not use again due to their lousy response) without a call to explain the corrective action. Quite pathetic!!!
