Netflorist did not deliver a gift to a friend

Netflorist is completely unreliable. I ordered a personalised gift and flowers for my friend for her birthday and only the personalised gift was delivered. They did not even send me an email to inform me that the flowers would not be delivered. I sent them an email inquiring about this order and no one cared to respond. I do not recommend Netflorist at all, I suggest people use other companies because Netflorist has become too comfortable over the years and the quality of their work has dropped significantly.
