NetFlorist Delivery Fee Rip-Off

I have been a fan of NetFlorist for a number of years and have made use of them for many special occasions; often telling friends about how amazing they are. I went to place an order today for Father's day and noted that the delivery fee per item has increased from R89.99 to R139.99. When I enquired about this I was informed that there is a standard delivery fee of R89.99 but the delivery to outlying areas is R139.99. I asked when Pietermaritzburg had become an outlying area as I have never had to pay R139.99 for delivery before and was informed that the change was made in May. The response was as follows: Good day Carmen, you are chatting to Rene. Please note that we do charge delivery of R139.99 to any area outside Jhn, Durban and Cape Town. Besides the obvious fact that I am very upset that delivery will cost more than the value of the item (I am ordering 2 items to the value of R200 and NetFlorist wants me to pay RR280 for delivery) I am also quite shocked that NetFlorist considers any area outside DBN, CT and JHB as "outlying". PMB is literally on the N3. So NetFlorist advertises a delivery fee of R89.99 but they fail to mention that this only includes delivery to a mere three major cities in the whole of South Africa. They also have conveniently omitted to communicate this to their customers and still focus on the R89.99 delivery fee. Clever!!
