Netflorist delivery change from a KZN address to EC ...HOW???

I have ordered a birthday present on 2nd May to be delivered to KZN . They phoned my recipient today and ask if the adress for Steytlerville in the Eastern Cape is correct and if she will be able to receive the delivery. I am livid!! How do you get from a KZN delivery to Eastern Cape?? I copied and paste the sms that they send her as well as the copy off the address on my order to their orders at Netflorist and they "Do not know" but hang on...it will be delivered now to the right address tomorrow. Her birthday is not tomorrow, it is TODAY? This is the 3rd time they could not do a delivery for me correctly. Everytime I get a R100 voucher as an apology, which I do not want. I want a professional service and a delivery on time at the correct address.Pathetic
