Netflorist delivery and call centre complaint

I placed an order on the 19th. It was supposed to be delivered on the 20th. It was finally delivered on the 23rd, in the late afternoon, after three calls to their call centre, and dealing with two highly *********** people. I still do not know what the issue was, why it was not delivered, or why the first two people could not assist me, or call me back after promising they would.<br> <br> Not a good experience at all.
