Netflorist Delivery

Very disappointed in the service I received from netflorist. I arranged for them to deliver flowers n chocolates to my wife at work. The driver phones me to tell me he can't find the place. I then direct him and give him the exact location, even though he was already in the street of the company he rather decided to take the flowers n chocolates back to his office. So my products were never delivered and I was not contacted and advised what was happening.
