Netflorist delivers only the most PATHETIC service

I am appalled by how utterly *********** Netflorist is. You can never rely on them as they ALWAYS fail at something! From delivering incorrect items, refusing refunds, advertising stock that you only later learn is unavailable, failing to deliver on time, to being unable to take your call when you need assistance, website errors and inability to track your own order.

You are better off ordering from literally anywhere else. I have always been able to understand that people make mistakes but in Netflorist's case, you can rest assured that they will mess up your order in one way or the other. I would strongly advise against using Netflorist if you actually want to send something to someone special. Another thing to note is that when Netflorist messes up, they do NOT refund you. As a business they boast the ability to make people feel special on special occasions and they charge you for that service but in reality, when they miss a birthday or anniversary due to their own carelessness, they assume no ownership for it and go on to keep the full amount that they have charged.
