Netflorist delivers dead flowers and not the item I ordered but still has my money

I ordered flowers for my 10th anniversary including a customized tin with brownies Netflorist delivered the flowers only which were dead and not the customized tin. I have been trying to get hold of the call center agents cut me off and some laugh and the one team leader now wants me to get a photo of the flowers... I now have to call my wife and ask her to send me photo of the dead flowers and then have to send to Netflorist. WORST SERVICE PLEASE DON'T USE THEM THEY ARE THE WORST I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN WORST COMPANY
