Netflorist delivered to others in the same building but not to my recipient. Valentines Day ruined!

I placed an order for delivery more than 48 hours before Valentine's Day. Still no delivery! No one answers the phone or responds to emails. What makes it worse is that Netflorist delivered to others in the same building but not to my recipient! How does that even make sense!
