Netflorist delayed again

I placed an order the 20/07/2020 for it to be delivered on the24/07/2020 and also paid the premium delivery fee of R109.94 for it to be delivered before 1pm. Its past 2pm now and it has not yet been delivered and is estimated to be delivered after 3. This isn't the first time this has happened. Utter pathetic service.
