Netflorist debited my account but did not process order (they seem to respond to google maps reviews)

Placed an order but received no order confirmation and customer service keeps asking me to follow up on my complaint. Netflorist debited my account but did not capture the order. Post reviews on google maps as well, they seem to respond there.
