Netflorist Dead Flowers

I've used Netflorist for a number of years and have had good service until yesterday. I ordered flowers for my wife as well as a gift, since I've been stuck overseas for 3 months now, and cannot get home to be with her. The flowers were delivered but looks like they're over a week old and dead! I've written back to Netflorist and asked for replacement flowers or a refund, and have not received a response. I won't be using this service again! I know Covid-19 has had a HUGE impact all over the world but what was advertised, and what we got is absolutely disgusting - that it was even delivered at all. What was supposed to be a nice gift (AT A PRICE OF COURSE) turned out to be an absolute disaster.
