Netflorist - customize anything as long as read the fine print

Just ordered a 'custom' Le Creuset mug for a customer with a personal message on the mug or what I thought was on the mug only to find once delivered that its only on the packaging, just a little embarrassing as the person does not drink coffee from the packaging so once that has been discarded, it becomes just another mug...only when I went back to the website and scrolled down to the bottom did I see the product is not customized. Costly mistake and to return it there will be a 50% cost. So a warning to read all the fine print before the purchase is made no matter how many times u have used their services and don't believe the line 'we customize everything'
