Netflorist could not deliver as promised

I ordered a Father’s day gift that was supposed to be delivered on Sunday 16 June and i just received it now. On Sunday i got a WhatsApp confirming if i am ready for delivery which I responded yes and after never received any updates until i did a follow up and i was informed it will only be delivered on Wednesday due to an unexpected website glitch 😞
