NetFlorist Compliment

I would like to just compliment NetFlorist for providing a world class service. I ordered 12 red roses on 02/12/2015 at about 12h00. Placing the order was convenient as I cannot always dart off to a florist, there was a varietty to choose from together with other extras. <br> I received e-mail notifications throughout the entire process, keeping me up to date with each step/phase. They promised to deliver same day and I was pleasantly surprised that with 4 hours, the roses arrived at its destination. The last e-mail update I received to inform me of the final status was at 15h55, the e-mail stated that I will be receiving a call from the recipient and literally 5 minutes later..received the call. <br> This was really pleasing and I must say NetFlorist adds a very nice touch to what and how they communicate, it just shows that there are real people behind the scenes working their magic.<br> Needless to say, happy wife, happy husband...<br> Thank you NetFlorist!
