Netflorist comes home and forgets to bring the item I ordered

Extremely terrible service ! Today is my wife birthday and I placed an order to surprise her. The netflorist van comes home this morning and advises me that he had forgotten the gift ! How do I suppose my wife when she saw a netflorist van pull up to our yard and delivered nothing to us ! I called the call center and they advised they not sure what time the item I ordered will be delivered!
