Netflorist cares nothing about their customers!!

I want to replace my previous 5 stars with 1 star! I ordered almost every week and 4 weeks ago was VERY Disappointed to see that the acrylic block I ordered was VERY SMALL!! The pictures and descriptions on the website was incorrect and thus I received a pathetic small block and wasted R1600!!! I sent emails and received NO FEEDBACK!! NOTHING! I keep on emailing and still nothing!! I will not recommend you anymore as this is how you treat loyal customers!
