NetFlorist Cape Town are *****s!

NetFlorist claims to have a 100% gaurantee, but yet the flowers we have ordered did not arrive on Valentines day.

After waiting for 20min to reach the call center the operator tried to convince us to wait after hours for the flowers and off course even after waiting the flowers did not arrive! This was a package that should have been delivered in business hours. What is the point of paying a fortune for flowers and to still be disappointing like this! What does a refund help the occasion is over!

The order was placed in January to insure that there is no disappointment, but still Netflorist overbooked their day and kept us on waiting the whole day instead of making alternative arrangements!

I just want to warn everyone that want a reliable service to not make use of NetFlorist!
