Netflorist cant even deliver

I decided to use Netflorist for the first time. I ordered flowers for Mothers day. I get an email on the 5th of May 2021 saying its been rescheduled, no further information on the email. I emailed them and got no reply. I call now and it says its been rescheduled for the 12th!! After Mothers day! I ordered the flowers to be delivered on the 5th to make sure she at least gets it early and Im sent an email saying its been rescheduled, no explanations no updates nothing!! I call and they are not even apologetic, the woman sounded bored having to tell me. This was the first and last time I ever use Netflorist. Theres smaller businesses that deserve more support than this terrible service!!!
