Netflorist cannot ensure same day delivery

Netflorist is a great company but their staff need better client care training. I purchased a gift at 10am yesterday and made sure that I chose a "same day" delivery gift. I called at 1pm and the gift was still at the warehouse, I explained that the recipient was leaving at 4pm from work so the gift needs to arrive in time, all they could tell me was that they did not know when the driver could collect the gift. for R600 they could have gotten in their own car to deliver the gift a mere 20km from their warehouse...that would have been top notch service! The gift arrived after 4pm sadly and the element of surprise was completely ruined:(
