NETFLORIST- cannot deliver nor live up to expectations

If there was an option to give minus stars for poor customer service and total lack of efficiency I would do so. Our business has been repeatedly let down by Netflorist and their last let down almost cost us an important client. No longer will we support a business who can portray one thing on the radio but in reality - deliver the opposite.
