After my challenges with the client care of Netflorist to replace my defected gift that they delivered I contacted Ryan Bacher (MD) directly. He was extremely client centric and ensured that the problem was resolved immediately. Thanks Ryan and Sheldon that got a high quality gift delivered to my colleague. I will still use Netflorist. Service starts at the top! The agents would need to learn the same.
