Netflorist- buyer beware- substandard quality

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day to be delivered to Pretoria. Delivery was as planned on the Friday and I assumed that all was in order. The recipient, who likely felt embarrassed and awkward to bring up the quality of the product, only informed me yesterday about the state that this product arrived. The arrangement was so disappointing and pathetic. It did not resemble the pictured item on the website at all except for the base being the same. I reached out to netflorist and was given an apology and a “promise” that this won’t happen again. Absolutely pathetic service from Netflorist. I will never use them again and caution anyone else from doing so as well.
