Netflorist bs

I've been trying since this morning to purchase items but unable to, I called 4 times and 3 agents and they were unable to process the order even on their end, the one agent told me that team leaders and managers don't take calls as I've been waiting over 2 hours for a call back eventually I got a hold of a team leader who tells me that one of the items is the problem and do I want to choose another, I asked why is it on the website and I can add it to my cart but doesn't allow me to checkout and he has to escalate to the technical department and no lead time give at all.

I don't know who to believe the agents or the team leader and why put something on the website and I can't purchase it and no answer can be given for sure.

Really terrible service as I wanted that delivered tomorrow.
