NetFlorist – Broken Promises and Terrible Communication

Extremely disappointed with NetFlorist. I’ve spent the last three days trying to sort out a missing order. I was told the package would be delivered — then, just an hour later, I received a message saying the order hadn’t gone through at all.

They also assured me that a credit would reflect by the end of the business day, and it still hasn’t happened.

This order was a birthday present for my husband, and now there’s a real chance I won’t be able to deliver it on time.

As a regular customer, I expected much better. The service, communication, and handling of the situation have been unacceptable. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
