Netflorist broke my heart

Netflorist really left me looking like a selfish partner!!! My order of R1811 not delivered and it's a day later. I will never ever use Netflorist again or recommend it to anyone!

I am sorry for the incomplete delivery of your order. we are having problems with driver to execute our orders. Your items are ready and if possible you could come and collect from our head office in paulshof , sandton. Kindly confirm if you will collect so i can arrange accordingly

Hi Dudu

I would like to express my disappointment in the service from Netflorist. I got a gown delivered at 08h00 this morning, my flowers did not arrive, my Mr Right gown also did not arrive. When I call I held on for 15mins and eventually someone named Thuli informed me at 14h55 that my order is awaiting the driver to collect it. When I track my order it says intransit, it's been in transit since 08h30 this morning.

This order was placed in advance and fully paid for. I am extremely disappointed at the service Dudu. My Valentine's day has been ruined. I am leaving the office in 15mins so I wont be able to receive my gift at this stage.

Thuli didnt even allow me to speak to a manager all she kept saying was negative, I left my contact number and she said her manager will call.

May someone urgently rectify this and call me.
