Netflorist breach of contract and utter ******* services

Netflorist has let me down on many occasions. The latest incident is when i was in a hurry for an order to be delivered so i paid the extra amount for delivery befor 12pm. The delivery was only made in the late afternoon. When i complained they said they is nothing they can do about it as it is not in their control. And they do not respond and refuse to resolve the issue and ignore the complaints i send.
