Netflorist bombs

I have battled to place an order for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day as from yesterday. I did a part payment with my ebucks, which was deducted from 2 ebucks accounts and then I couldn't go any further. I contacted the call centre and the agent there said that she would call me back yesterday. No such luck. I call back today and find out that they have the order out for delivery (delivery was confirmed for the 15th May) and that my courier discount (R 69.95)was no longer valid and had mysteriously vanished along with my one ebucks payment of R 25. I told the agent to please cancel my order and then she says she will have to contact the couriers who have the order for delivery - which was not for today Saturday anyhow, but for Tuesday. Besides the website crashing for Mother's Day the sheer lack of accountability for offers made to customers is disgusting.
