Netflorist boldface ***** and disgusting service

After changing I the date asked for a cake to be delivered without my permission, they then also call and leave a message saying they are delivering a different cake to what I ordered

I call and tell them they can’t just deliver any old cake I ordered a specific cake because that is what the person like. They **** and said they would deliver the correct cake

They then send me a delivery receipt saying they delivered the correct receipt and this WAS A LIE. THEY DELIVERED A DIFFERENT CAKE. SO THEY NOT ONLY CHANGED MY ORDER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND DELIVERED A DAY LATE THEY **** ABOUT IT TWICE RIGHT TO MY FACE.

THIS IS DISGUSTING AND DISHONEST. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I SUGGEST NOONE ELSE SHOULD EITHER. THEY COMPLETELY SPOILT MY GIFT. AWFUL.
