Netflorist beware "delivery not guaranteed"

Ordered a birthday gift for a family member worth over R1000. Netflorist has adopted a policy to deliver at their convenience, so customers are expected to sit at home on their birthday and wait for the delivery or alternatively being left at security (which is not allowed at some complexes). In order accommodate Netflorist, the delivery date has been changed without even informing me because as I said customers must sit at home and wait on Netflorist. Pathetic customer service. I will not be using Netflorist again. I wonder when they will bother making the delivery.......
