Netflorist bad service with *********** staff who dont care

Bad service i'm extremely angry by the disrespect i received from this business.I ordered a cap on the 20th in the morning Portia Sibanda who told me they dont have the particular cap I was looking for.I agreed as I need the cap for my brother going to UK paying 489.00 for a cap I told the lady I knock off at 4 pm she told me the driver will be here after 4 pm I waited and at 5 pm I called to be told the order was not processed. Called today as it was quiet to be told the order is still not processed Sihle giving options to cancel or get the order Monday no decency to understand the frustration they caused me but they just don't care!!!!!
