Netflorist bad service is consistent

I ordered in may, the delivery was changed to 3 days after the initial day without any form of communique. Sunday 26th of June i ordered a birthday Cake for the 27th. There was a delay, the cake did not arrive, i enquired and was told lies that tge receiver rescheduled, yet they received a whatsapp text asking for a delivery ratings. Their twitter inbox personnel told me that its gonna get delivered on the 28th. But it was never delivered. . Their consistency in ****py services is unbearable.
