NetFlorist bad service

Poor service delivery Poor costumer care

I ordered my special gift for my fiancé on the 9th of February already, paid and got my tracking / order number. Yet as of now that I'm typing this review 18h20 on the 14th of February still no delivery. The business it was supposed to go to is closed now. Im am furious, and will never support NetFlorist again. I can't be with my fiancé today and wanted her to feel extra special today, but now that is down the drain!!! How want to recieve a valentines gift this late at night?
