Netflorist bad service

I just want to say how disappointed I am in the service provided. No wait Still not provided!

I placed and paid dor my order more than a week ago and specifically asked to be delivered to my house for my wife will be at home for our anniversary!

Today I phoned 3 times 7hours into the day and the day is almost over and still nothing!

All I get is that the DRIVER is in the area that means ****all to me!!

I will never use Netflorist again in the future.
