NetFlorist bad service

Extremely poor!

Ordered on the 05/12/2019 for the 07/12/2019 delivery not made as driver indicates that he tried to call which never happened! Called the call centre they indicated driver could not return as he had to many deliveries. Call centre(agent Quinette) did not offer any alternatives, considering it was only 10h00 guess they only have one driver.She was very happy to cancel with the only words being our apologies.
